At Sweedy, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are working hard to keep our staff and customers safe. We are following guidelines set out by the government and are making changes to our processes to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone. We would like to thank our loyal customers for trusting Sweedy and continuing to support us during these tough times. We’ll get through this together.

Changes

We are following the guidelines provided by Health Canada and we also encourage our customers to practice social distancing. We are also doing our part as we continue to disinfect all working surfaces and follow protocols on frequent handwashing, in addition to modifying other social behaviors. Our staff are working from home whenever possible and self-isolating when sick.

Until further notice we will no longer be accepting CASH for any orders placed online. In fact, customers will not see COD options at checkout until it is safe to do so. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we feel it is the right thing to do. 

Update (May 7, 2020): While we still encourage customers to choose EMT at checkout the CASH option is now available for those that need it. Thank you and stay safe.
